Live Training Policy
Business Building Profit Lab – Live Training Terms
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
These Terms outline the policies for enrolling in live classes, workshops, and trainings hosted by Business Building Profit Lab (“we,” “us,” “our”). By registering, paying for, or participating in any live training session, you agree to comply with the following conditions.
1. Course Access & Participation
All live sessions are delivered virtually using Zoom or another online platform.
Access information (such as registration or join links) will be sent to the email address used at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct link and access credentials.
Each registration grants access to one individual only. Sharing login details, links, or materials with others is strictly prohibited.
If replay access is included, recordings remain available for 60 days from the date of release (unless stated otherwise in the course description). It is your responsibility to view them within that timeframe.
If no replay is offered (clearly noted in the course listing), you must attend the live session—no exceptions.
2. Payments & Registration
Payment must be made in full before access to the training is granted.
Registrations are tied to the name and email provided at checkout and are non-transferable.
All fees are final once paid.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Refunds are not available for live trainings, workshops, or courses.
Please purchase only if you have a genuine interest in participating.
We reserve the right to reschedule a session up to two times. If the session is not delivered after the second reschedule, participants will receive a full refund.
4. Rescheduling & Replay Policy
If replays are provided, they are view-only and cannot be downloaded or redistributed.
Any changes or rescheduling of live sessions will be communicated by email at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
If no replay is included, no alternative accommodations will be made.
5. Participant Conduct
Respectful and professional behavior is required at all times.
Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct toward the host or other attendees will result in removal without refund.
Chats and discussions must remain relevant to the course content.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Recording, screenshots, or redistribution of course content.
Use of AI recorders, note-taking apps, or third-party capture tools during sessions.
6. Intellectual Property
All slides, materials, recordings, and course content are the exclusive property of Business Building Profit Lab.
Content may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.
7. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, updated software, and functioning devices.
We are not liable for issues caused by connectivity, equipment, or user technology errors.
8. Disclaimer of Results
Live classes are designed for educational purposes only.
We make no guarantees about financial success, business growth, or specific client outcomes.
Your results will depend on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for participation in any live class is limited to the amount paid by the participant.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Course Satisfaction
Each course is structured to deliver the materials and objectives outlined in the description.
Satisfaction is measured by the delivery of promised instruction and resources, not by individual outcomes such as revenue, clients gained, or personal results.
While strategies are taught to be actionable, outcomes vary by participant.
11. Complaints & Grievances
If you believe a course was not delivered as advertised, you must submit a written complaint within 7 days of the live session or replay period.
Complaints must specify the issue (e.g., missing materials, undisclosed changes). General dissatisfaction or unmet personal results do not qualify.
We will review complaints within 5 business days and may offer a remedy, which could include correction of the issue, extended access to materials, or a partial/full credit toward a future training—at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
12. Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any updates.
13. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or attending any live training hosted by Business Building Profit Lab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Live Training Terms.
