At Business Building Profit Lab, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, courses, templates, and resources that help entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses. Because our products are digital and provide instant access upon purchase, we have adopted the following refund policy.


1. All Sales Are Final

All sales through Business Building Profit Lab are final. Because products are delivered digitally, refunds, exchanges, and returns cannot be issued once access is provided.


2. Exceptions to the Policy

Refund requests will only be reviewed under limited situations:

Duplicate Billing – In the event your payment is processed more than once for the same purchase.

Access Problems – If a system error on our end prevents you from reaching your digital product or course, and the issue remains unresolved within seven (7) business days after you notify our support team.

Mischarge – If you were mistakenly charged for a product you did not order, and the error is verified as our responsibility.

In these limited cases, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number, payment method, and a description of the issue.

3. Digital Product Access

Once a product has been delivered (via download, login credentials, or online portal access), it is considered “used” and is therefore non-refundable.

Sharing login information, copying, or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension without refund.


4. Subscriptions and Renewals (if applicable)

Subscription plans will continue to renew on an automatic basis until they are canceled prior to the renewal date. Canceling a subscription will prevent future payments but does not qualify you for a refund of past charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if they choose not to continue.

5. Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback is filed before contacting our support team for assistance, the following actions may be taken:

Termination of access to accounts, member areas, groups, and upcoming programs or events.

Permanent restriction from purchasing future services, courses, or digital products.

Classification of the action as potential fraud or service abuse, which we may pursue through appropriate channels.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

When you make a purchase from Business Building Profit Lab, you acknowledge and agree not to dispute charges through a chargeback for items covered by this Refund Policy. Any chargebacks submitted outside of the exceptions outlined above may lead to permanent restrictions on your account, removal of access to purchased products, and potential legal action. 7. Merchandise / Physical Items

Merchandise is printed on demand. No refunds will be issued unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.

8. Results Disclaimer

We do not promise or guarantee specific outcomes. The level of success you achieve is based on your own commitment, effort, and consistency in applying the materials. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this understanding.


9. Policy Updates

We may revise or adjust this Refund Policy whenever necessary. By continuing to use our products or services after an update, you agree to follow the revised terms. The most current version of this policy will always be available on our website.
